The Great British Bake Off - The Musical is due to get its world premiere at the Everyman theatre in Cheltenham in July.

8 contestants, 2 presenters and 2 judges but no details at this time of the cast and the characters.
More information can be found on the Everyman website which presumably will be updated once more is known:

I'm unlikely to go to it but I have been to the Everyman in the past and it's a good professional theatre

I think it will be more about the characters rather than watching them do all the baking from start to finish as that would make for a very long musical
