Semi-final and it's patisserie week. Little is said regarding the signature round other than it features plenty of alcohol. More is said about the technical challenge which is a Danish cornucopia (- horn of plenty) cake. The showstopper is to create a cake which is made entirely from smaller cakes.
And it's rather hot so expect melting chocolate.
