Showstopper is an Artcic Roll. The trouble is that it was filmed on one of the hottest days of the year so expect lots of melting

There may be a mention by Channel 4 that Luis Troyano has died, he was only 48. He was in series 5 of Bake Off back in 2014.
RIP Luis.
