Bumps before El doesChocolate this week

On the forum page your post doesn't show emoticons so reads:

Signature round is a brownies traybake, technical round is full of chocolate and nuts, and showstopper is a celebration of white chocolate.

It's upwards of 25° so everyone is having to make full use of the fridges for the white chocolate.

I did try to post this a few minutes ago but got an error message though the please wait is shown so we make get both this reply and the other going through.
