He was, he is. I loved him in the Royle Family too - stole every scene he was in.
Bar-bear-ah.
And who could forgot his home-made rhubarb wine? Certainly not Jim!

The ukulele & banjo stole the show for me. Like Deliverance.....the Poundland years.

I saw her come on and didn't actually take any notice and then missed it after you remarked

Me either! I gave up on River after 3 or 4 episodes and didn't watch any of the others except Dr Who!

I agree.. but think Mark Rylance just edges it - he can convey so much without saying a word.
Yes,he has such an expressive face. And his eyebrows could win an award of their own

I liked him in W&P but don't get the fanciability hype at all.

Talking about the Royale family, I think they deserve another slob out viewing day

No.. I don't fancy him - but I've heard him being interviewed and he seems a really nice guy - and funny too. Good, versatile actor too.

If I were voting, they would.

He's even more of a short arse than I thought
I suddenly warmed to the little git after that speech

Brace yourselves, this will be a choker..
I'm still shocked about Victoria Wood
So many great actors/celebrities gone
