When they behave in such a way, they should forfeit their human rights. They gave no regard to the child's rights did they?

That's a loaded question which is impossible to answer without qualifying the criteria for the terms used. 'Human', 'worth', 'class'...are you defining these by political, moral, social or cultural means?

I don't think you can lump an individual who performs such appalling acts as this into one 'catch all' group. Some people are mentally ill and have no control over their actions. Some people clearly just have no regard for life. In this case it is they who judge other people to be worth less than themselves.

This is a grown man who tortured and murdered one child and has inflicted the most appalling lifelong physical and mental damage on another.

I find it difficult to see why we should afford human rights to someone who has no regard for such things for others.

The angersome thing about this is these two kids (both baby Peter and the little girl) were on the at risk register when the crimes were committed.
We NEED to look at the measures in place to protect these tots URGENTLY, child protection needs a shake up and it needs to be publicly answerable.

Monsters/beasts like It have no rights at all. I would take It and kill It and harvest It for all organs (kidneys, heart, lungs,and eyes) I have a nephew on the transplant list waiting for a kidney and he could not care if it came from something like It. At least some good would come of this horror.

Im sorry I get so het up over these things.I have 3 grand children 12 9 4 and they are my heartbeats. I know that by taking its life I would be classed as a murderer but what will they do to It. 10 years inside then out again to do god knows.

I'd be interested to know what his upbringing was like!

I know, I agree with your sentiment.
I think these people need to be contained for the rest of their lives; I’m not concerned with them being treated inhumanely in whatever place they are kept – so long as they never get the opportunity to harm another child that would be sufficient for me.
