So glad he got a mention on the news. When my kids were little they always waved - and got a wave back. It's something else when tou're death makes The News at Ten.

I saw they're making a film about him...looks good...I've seen the trailer.
Is it not actually his son Edward who has just died?
As far as I can see the Eddie Stobart who started and named the firm is 80 and still alive.
His son Edward then built the company up to a household name and is the person who has just died from a suspected heart attack. But at 56 it is very sad.
However he sold the company to his brother William a while back and no longer played an active part.
