Theres a freebie programme that shrinks all you photies down to avatar size, thats how i did mine.
You dont have to d/l anything either, except the pic you want,will look for it if anyone wants it

ok i officially have a pain the size of a house in my head i cannot do it not uploading avatars or copying and pasting one from someone else i am gonna give up an i have looked at threads in lounge etc
