Its just because Marcus stuck up for him that time against Lisa. People on here are always reminding us of how awful Lisa was to Hafwit, shame they dont remember the same regarding how Marcus was with Sree! Shake Head

No I've never forgotten that, but Marcus's vile bahaviour was endorsed on here because Sree was disliked, and some thought it even funny.

If I remember rightly, this is the first time Freddie has ever been involved in the luxury budget food ordering. The last time they had luxury food was the time when the Freddie baiting was at its zenith, and he sure didn't have a say back then!

Marcus is just a bully and control freak, he even told Bea last night that she wasn't doing things right and she should listen to him and do it his way. Yes, the Noirin spiel all over again! There are too many Chiefs in that house and not enough Indians. Marcus is trying to run the show and dictate the food ordering. Why, he is even now dictating to BB. So how do any of the others stand a chance with him? Charlie butting in is just typical of the greedy little boy that he is, thinking of number one again.

Well said Twee, hate the negative effect Marcus and Bea are having on Freddie, I thought Freddie was more sensible and sensitive.

The funny thing is, Marcus didn't stick up for Freddie (If it's the hunger strike argument, you mean).

In fact, Marcus made it very clear to everyone in the room, that he wasn't "sticking up for Freddie". I was actually cheering him on, until he said that.
Mad

And I agree about Marcus and Sree. Sree may have irritated people, but he was treated like shit by Marcus and Marcus just got congratulated on here. Glance

Hated the way before every task he would demand that Sree didnt **** it up. Shouldve taken his own advice when he did just that when showing off in the diary room the numpty Shake Head

I was talking about the argument with Lisa, when Marcus said she was a bully; Again, he shouldve listened to his own advice, before targeting Sree Shake Head

I agree about Sree as well. I couldn't stand the little so-and-so, but I remember being annoyed at the time, because no-one deserves the relentless slagging that Marcus gave him. He treated him disgustingly - even the most innocuous remark got pounced on, and Marcus would prefix every task instruction with: "Now, don't you **** it up.." Mad

Noirin used Marcus against Sree, alot of that was her instigation. Sree was really annoying to everyone in the house anyway, even his allies got sick of him by the end.

Marcus has been a good friend to Freddie. He talked to him when others where ignoring him. Freddie considers him a good friend.

SR, I don't think that Marcus or Bea are having a negative effect on Freddie at all. I see it as a confidence thing when he bites back at his former detractors. He has had enough of being the outcast and he is fighting his corner at last. I think he is also bored and fed up of some of them after 8-9 weeks being in their company, and has become more snappy. I daresay if Marcus or Bea said something out of line with Freddie he would snap back at them too. He is, and always has been, his own man.

Marcus decided to start attacking Sree. Noirin was still being quite polite to Sree at the time. You can't blame her for everything, you know? Wink

Also, Sree was quite popular in the house. It was only Marcus and Freddie who had problems with him.

Marcus did talk to Freddie when others were ignoring him. Unfortunately, Freddie now seems to think that he owes a debt of loyalty to the tosser and seems to think everything Marcus says is right.

He doesn't know that Marcus has also bitched about him and nominated him. Glance

Sree was no more 'dreadful' at the tasks than anyone else. He tried his hardest in every one.

Marcus is just a control freak and a bully.
It didnt matter how well he did, Marcus would just try to belittle and intimidate him at every turn. Little weasel Mad

Agreed LMS.

I think that Marcus' re-arranging of the chess pieces last night was very telling. He put them up on the side of the pool, moved them about, manoeuvred the big pieces to fit alongside the small pieces, the monochrome arrangement done to perfection. All very neat, all aligned perfectly. I just wondered if, in his mind, these were his fellow HMs he was trying to arrange into perfect little pieces, to do his bidding. In a control freak kinda way, like. Or was he just trying to hide himself behind them and obscure the focus of the cameras?

If Marcus wasn't there there would be even more chaos in the house than there is now. Charlie wants more than his allotted time to decide what he wants....that takes away from other people's time with the shopping list. Charlie is selfish.

I would have thought that even Charlie's solitary braincell could compute what he likes and ask for it..silly, selfish little s.o.d.

If a hm is dreadful at the task, who does Marcus think he is to tell them anyway, he is only another hm, he is not BB.

Marcus has to be involved in everything in the house, I hope more hm's start standing up to him, hopefully they seen how David stood up to him, and Marcus was made to look like a laughing fool, even if David did not get it right.

How about....he was just entertaining himself and trying to have some fun. How about that?

You can interpret the chess piece manoeuvring any way you please FT. That is your prerogative. Fun/obscuring the camera/sub-conscious control freak behaviour. The list is endless.
