No, 12 days before Christmas
No.
No.
I am trying not to be... but peoples premature festiveness is driving me into my normal bah humbugness
I'm dying to put mine up but I've been warned this year it goes up 12 days before and comes down 12 days after and THAT'S THAT.
I am the boss though so I can bend the rules...right?
I'll probably put up our tree next weekend.
No - i'm not
Next weekend I think.
I'm shampooing carpets this weekend
Do you know what, I have never ever had a tree up at Christmas or any form of decoration. I am as green as you can get
So this year, it will be business as usual.
Maybe not tomorrow, but probably in the next few days
Yep same here. Need to get more stuff to put on it.

That's it with me too I like Christmas when it comes but it starts far too flippin early!
if I put one up and it's a real if these days, it goes up Christmas eve and comes down 6th January
I most likely will put mine up tomorrow
Just done my Mum's this evening and it always puts me in the mood to do mine then.
I'm hopeless at dressing it and given the state my house is in, I might not bother.......as I haven't the past few years
Bit early for me yet, but I might not leave it q so late as normal this year, (usually couple of days before,) because I do love my Christmas dec's and am always sad to take them down. Thing is I use a lot of 'fresh' stuff so don't want it all looking half dead by N Year.
No.
And I doubt I'll even begin to think about it until 10 days before The Day. And that goes for my nafftastic snowing tree too.
I love my tree, it has no feet so been trying to replace it for years ( i wrap a waste paper bin in xmas paper and wedge it in with house bricks! lol)
BUT i cant find one as thick.... they all look too thin and see through.
15th or 16th for me - then I'll have it all down on 2nd or 3rd of Jan - once Christmas and New Year is over the decorations make me feel a bit sad.
Ist December is far too early for me I'm afraid.
I know it's different here, but back in the fatherland, christmas trees do not go up until christmas eve. Children are somehow moved out of the house and allowed back in after 4pm. The lounge is locked, a little bell goes off and the door is magically opened to see the tree and the presents and lots of candles and glittery bits. Putting the tree up early seems to take all the magic away. .

That's lovely ....................years ago I didn't get my tree up until Christmas Eve and it was really magical. When it goes on for an entire month I really do think it dilutes it for the kids.
I like a 'condensed' Christmas.
Sunday night, can't wait.
