No, I'm not competitive...... mostly cos I hate losing

I am to a point 

I think i am in some things, but only if i know im good at them. If i know i haven't a hope in hell then i dont have any interest therefore are not competitive.

 

I used to think i wasnt AT ALL competitive until i said this one night out with my friends and said this and they all laughed and said 'yeah right'.

Oh, and I may be posting/watching this thread from work tomorrow, so you all better post in it yeah!

ohhh monopoly, i swear i WILL not EVER lose at monopoly i could go in full blown huffs for days over monopoly

My whole family (parents, brother, uncles, aunts, cousins, & now husband & children) refuse to play Monopoly with me! 

 

I don't get how you can not be competitive when you play Monopoly

My daughter is the most competitive person I know..    it can be a leeetle bit annoying at times.

 

But tis good when its on something like SingStar..    the competition between me & the girl on who could get the highest score on Hoobistanks "The Reason" was that intense it led to the track on the game disk warping & to this day it still won't play properly! 

 

 

 

(though she won't have none of it..    I won )

 

 

 

I tend to get competitive when I find myself being challenged by intensely, annoyingly competitive person..    especially if its in something that there really is no need to be competitive about !     It amuses me to see the lengths they'll go to to reclaim the perceived lead.. 

 

 

 

I always have to be the top hat in monopoly infact i think that is the thing that most draws  my competitiveness out. I remember playing a tournament with a friend once, every night for a week, and the winner to got wear a burger king crown .... oh how good that little paper crown felt

we tried different rules (stricter!)  like no two sets of property on one side etc but we still had world war three - hubby and daughter cannot lose graciously - of course i never lose so i don't have to be gracious

  teee hee, so much for old fashioned family fun bringing people together

I'm competitive, not extremely so, just enough to win..

no one plays draughts with my dad and somehow no one will play connect 4 with me, frustration is aptly named - 4 adults stayed up past midnight until eldest daughter won

I'm not normally competitive but when I meet people like you've described Ditty, the heckles get risen and yes I become competitive
