I don't see a Dexter vs Callum final as a possibility - Sam and Gina may have a massive say regarding the finale.
What we do have is too many male HM's - and only one feud - surely this would be the ideal week 8 or 9 scenario to generate interest ahead of the finale?

BB did say three or more Hms will face the public vote. They would have to have a head to head vote for Callum/Dexter ,change the rules...again.

The twins, Sophie, Hazel, Charlie - they can all go right now and the house would still be worth watching. Once they're out of the way (please!), then I think we'd see a bit of a proper game develop between Dex, Callum, Dan, Gina and Sam.

Well yes, you're right there CS 
BUT...if Sam's in the mix then the 'who's pals with whom' sort of plays out a bit better.
Gina will be piggy in the middle between Dex & Callum, so Sam would offset that a bit. And Dan....well, he'd just bounce off of them all to suit himself 
But at this rate , with the way they keep messing with noms , it's a distinct possibility I'd go along with that Baz
