What's interesting about that poll is that it's asking who you want to see re-enter the house, and Rachel is probably the ex-HM least likely to go back (certainly from amongst the winners.)
Rachel's a full-time teacher now, and she won't do anything that might put her career at risk (let's not forget Penny from BB2...) She refused to have anything to do with BBBM last year, which is why they made her the butt of a number of sketches...

I wonder how The Sun decided on that final short list - because it's not very comprehensive is it?
Only one of my favourites is in that list.

It's primarily made up of HMs who finished 1st or 2nd in their respective series. However, they've added a few "wild cards" (e.g. Nikki, Nick Bateman, Jon Tickle, etc), but only for series before BB8.

I was in the Rachel Fan Club.

I would have voted for Freddie as my fav HM though.

I didn't join Rachel's fanclub Yogi but I did vote for her to win.  Seems we have similar tastes; us both being Freddie fans too.  Let's hope we like the same person this year too.

She's definetly not mine.. I voted for Nadia and Nikki out of who was on that list.

Just had a scan through DS, and apparently Nikki was way ahead in the Sun poll initially. The suspicion is that Rachel subsequently got a huge amount of votes as a protest against The Sun trying to dictate things.


Remember, this poll wasn't about your favourite HM, but about who you wanted to see go back into the house in BB11, Although unofficial, the Sun tried hard to pretend that it was officially linked to BB:

Reading between the lines, I think it's pretty clear that The Sun were hoping that Nikki (or someone similar) would win, so that they could falsely claim credit when she enters BB11 (as I think she very likely will.) This would explain the definite whiff of sour grapes coming from The Sun's article - they're essentially claiming that their own poll was rigged by Rachel fans!

I have no problem with Rachel going back in the house this year!

I will be mega peed off if any previous HM goes back in and especially if its snoresville Rice....

....yeah... but think about it Stonks...  any former housemate that goes back into the house... well, when has it ever done them any favours?

well yes... me too!   But I am fairly sure there will be more than one housemate this year that will do that to me... My expectations are sooo low that I am anticipating it to be unwatchable at times!

I actually have to think who most of them are,
I can see why shes popular though as least she would be herself(even if some people find that boring)
As much as I loved Nikki at the time ,I honestly think that the so called big personalities like herself.Aiselyne.Nadia etcetera.etc, would be just boring caricatures of themselves and thus only Rachel would make an interesting entrance, as she is the only hm to be percieved as herself.
She could take Rex in as an example on how not to behave if you want to get ahead(i.e.win)
