We have a new system in place. We "pre-load" and then stay in.
It's very cost effective.

If you are worried enough to put him on 24hr watch charms, then like I said, it may be the time to go to your GP and tell them your concerns and asked to be referred asap to someone who specialises in this.

I would say definitely get him some professional couselling as I experienced a similar situation when I was a teenager and didn't really get any help and it changed my perspective on life for a long time but I think with counselling it would have been dealt with better.
