I have to admit I liked them back in the day but they were around when even half decent music was particularly thin on the ground and music was very conservative. At least they weren't tediously earnest and boring, like the majority of bands/groups at the time.

TBH, I don't think their music stands up too well and sounds pretty lightweight, superficial, camp and poppy.

Depeche Mode, now that's a different matter! Smiler

There is a clip on utube of this song, when he performed it for the BBC... he had blue chaps on, and a blue fluffy stetson.... they made him put on some pants (bare buttocks not in line with BBC pop policy)... so he has frilly knickers on too!
