Soooooooozy
The sentiment behind it is totally admirable but honestly - do we really need Celebs making fools of themselves & constant goading into making us all feel guilty ??
I for one would give my last thruppence to anyone that needed it more than I - but I soooo hate this kind of programme! sowwy
I donate on a monthly basis to Oxfam (i fully accept that a percentage goes to admin costs) maybe people have become bored with it all but the suffering goes on - every other year with comic relief we get a reminder and maybe people who wouldn't ever think about donating give a few bob. It really does make a difference.
Can't say fairer than that  I guess...
doesn't beat a good old fashioned regular donation - would be better if these so called celebs were to put there hands deeper into their pockets - imo
Maybe pay them a bit less & put the difference to good use

Awwww you don't look old enuff Issy

Lasagne is one of my faves btw

Did you sort out a 21st pressie in the end ?
Well I hummed and  I haa'dddd and in the end decided to go with the wii fit.
Her Dad is getting her a ring.
I have ordered her a cupcake tower to arrive on the day. She is also going to get a balloony type gift. I am making her a CD of all OUR favourite songs and I also got her a CD from Clintons which has the so called greatest hits of the year she was born. I got her a Teddy as well and the cat has bought her The Social Network DVD

Oh and I am paying to get her hair done as well. I am also cooking her and her flatmates a roast dinner tomorrow night.

I think that's enough...

Different courses for different horses I guess.

I'd rather prefer something like Live Aid or Band Aid, I would even pay to go to a concert.  I don't really fancy seeing my local news reporters, dancing, dressed in a Brazilian Carnival outfit, through the streets of Plymouth.

As I say, nothing against the cause at all. I just don't enjoy the shows.

I don't think people dying of hunger is the boring part, it's the Comic Relief show itself. Although it's picked up in the last half hour since Take That turned up in their red socks. Davina seems to have got over her umms (maybe Dermot's helped?).
