it was a chocolate sauce that when poured onto icecream became frozen a little like a choc ice except you could control the thickness Big Grin

we have chocolate treat in the cupboard some of the kids like it on chopped bananas with carnation milk and sugar strands but for maple its best to use the real canadian stuff not a maple flavour sauce.

it was nice, if only for the satisfying "crack" as you dug your spoon through it for the first time.

Nothing will ever replace that lil bottle with the coloured mountain on top for me though Big Grin

i'd forgotten that, it was like a snow covered peak in chocolate but that was the cap.

did you ever use it to make your own choc ices? if i remember i did and it wasnt good, too much chocolate meant that when you took a bite the shell shattered and the icecream tended to squash in all directions.
