I am feeling really sad an miserable tonight and I don't know why, I just feel as if I am walking into a black tunnel and this scares me as it has happened before and ended up being a full scale depression.

I've had some major things happen in the past 18 months & I've always been the strong one & held it altogether. Because of the past problems I am now clinically depressed but can usually control this but tonight theres just something wrong. I don't know if its gonna pass like before. I can't talk to anyone

I totally understand. I am usually such a strong person but people close to me think I can cope with anything at least my doctor and peeps like you know the score.

nobody knows. After months of trying different concoctions of anti-depressants, getting sick all of the time. It not working so up my dosage to maximum then that not working switching again & the same thing happening. Now I just tell the doc what I am on is fine cause I can't be bothered anymore. And all these stupid so called health professionals asking the same questions all the time & then still not helping. I was very very saddened when my mum and dad died within a year of each other but not depressed, so I can only imagine how you feel Kaola but you do need to go to your doctors and get help. I know you have tried but please, please try again
Depression is a real bummer. Seems to have a mind of it's own when to strike. I find keeping my mind active with other things helps. These forums have helped me along with my XBox 360. Nowt like taking out your problems with virtual gamers.

So true. luckily I have have a doctor who will sit you down and get more information out of you with kindness, and not treat like like a nutter when you explain how you feel.
