I think most people curtain twitch a bit and thats normal, if i hear a noise or shouting etc i will look out my window and curtain twitch slightly lol but thats about it, im just not interested in my neighbours lives to start twitching on a daily basis . Maybe im missing out who knows but i dont have the patience.
I live VERY close to a curtain twitcher. He even uses opera glasses, but I love him anyway.

One of my old neighbours would look through our window while we were at work, when we were doing alterations or decorating. I got a large piece of cardboard and placed it above a new fire we were having fitted with the words, 'WHAT DO YOU THINK OF IT BETTY' She never spoke to me again for nearly ten years, it was bliss
