How do you know....

I have a neighbour who watches until one of us (neighbours) leaves and then parks his car in the empty space so that his wife can park in their driveway. Meantime, I come back an hour later and can't park outside my house.
Yes a right nosey neighbour watched strange goings on one night and took a reg but never rang the police as my house was getting burgled. The reg was no good as it was a shared car amongst the thieves and nothing could be proven. The curtain twitcher belonged to neighbourhood watch and thats all she did watch.
omg it's Liverpoolass.

God only knows. He knows that I have breathing problems and really need to be as close to my front door as possible, we even had a few words after I politely asked him to stay on his side of the road, but he keeps doing it. We have a good system on our side until he interferes, which throws it out for a couple of days. It also makes me feel that I have to be home for a certain time, in case he's been on the look out.
My neighbour is really nosey unfortunetly i live in a semi so i cant avoid her. Whenever i leave the house i cant get away with the usual "hi and bye" she wants to know everything about me and others in the neighbourhood . When i get back to my place her curtain usually twitches. I only started realising this when one evening my friend saw her sillouette in the window (she turns off her lights and was watches us in the dark lol). Now i catch her doing this a lot and its whenever i leave the house at night she turns off her lights but i can clearly see her sillouette in the window i pretend not to notice, its giving me the creeps.

I cant believe he's still doing this especially after he knows you have breathing problems

Do you think she's just nosy or could she be a bit lonely? It's really disconcerting when you're feeling watched all the time.
Anyway this neighbour somehow knows the layout of my furniture in my livingroom even though ive never invited her in. Im out a lot of the time so i can only assume she's been looking through my window whilst im out. She seems to know a lot about the others in the neighbourhood even though they dont know her lol. Ive never had a neighbour like her before its annoying.

I thought that at first but i dont think it anymore she has a husband and two kids. Its a bit weird i think she's nosy because as soon as there's a slight noise she out the front door, ive seen her standing behind a bush watching others.

Not read Nipple's thread. They can be dead handy, but of course there are the odd ones to watch out for

Yes they were next to a scratched binocular lense

I became a bit of a curtain twitcher as my next door neighbours but one were always being raided by the Police they've been evicted now so I'm back to my normal boring life
@ Cologne - I know you've said you're on ICB but do you qualify for mobility allowance as you'd be able to have a disabled bay painted outside by the council to stop your neighbour from nicking your spot?

I had to twitch them once ages ago, spotted something which i'm sure the people involved wanted no-one else to see .

The ones that poke their nose through the gap in your garden fence

I'm surrounded by curtain twitchers and they aren't shy in admitting it.
We just stare at each other. Face to face
Not anymore
But I was once unfortunate enough to live in the nosiest street in the world
bloody nightmare it was
Never again .... I keep myself to myself .... well almost

I am a bit... No idea why cos NOTHING ever happens on our street- we all leave doors unlocked and windows open, go into each others house etc. Sooo boring. But if someone were to be burgalled or something happened- shit me it would be like a movie! We take each others bins in and everything, real nice my street! (well everyone takes my bin in lol)
My neighbour's on borrowed time
Who cares?
Who cares?
quote:Anyone else live near a curtain twitcher?
Oh yes.
It is surprising, though, that although they spend a lot of time checking up on other people, their information is often wrong and conflicts with other twitchers.
Perhaps they are fantasists as well as twitchers.
