I need to know the 'proper' name for a balls lick? I made the huge mistake of googling 'balls lick' without even realising what else it could mean 
I'm thinking of getting a fringe but I've got a balls lick at the front and a normal fringe wont sit right so I want to see if theres pics of fringes that have been styled to accommodate the dreaded lick.

We called it a calf lick or a cows lick where I come from, I have one, best way for a fringe is to have it to one side parting where the balls calf lick starts.

Yep *holds hand up* we call it a cow's lick too
I have one myself and as cinds says, a side parting/fringe works best.
If I have a full fringe I have to soak it, blast it with a dryer in the direction I want it to lay and then spray hairspray or gel spray (works best for me) on it!
I would suggest cutting a heavier fringe in rather than a fine one, a bit of weight to it will help weigh it down 
Oh and also.. ALWAYS keep a couple of hair clips handy because you will get days when it won't behave and you'll need to just clip it out the way

I think.. I've just text my mate (she's a hairdresser) and I asked her what they call a balls lick at her work and she text back A BALLS LICK I dunno where it started but it is just what it's called here!
I've had a side fringe before but because my BALLS LICK is in the centre then that goes a bit pete tong too.

I think you may mean 'bull'........... 
i've only ever heard of a cows lick ........a clump of hair that will not lay flat. Never heard it called a bulls lick ................perhaps that's a bit more severe!
