I`ve not listed Charlie as one of my annoying housemates (because there are many I like less).
But Charlie has one trait which annoys me - when he talks and giggles at the same time.
He does this a lot; it`s a bit contrived and forced; the giggle comes from the back of his throat not his guts; and he talks through it.
It seems like a developed affectation but I find it annoying.
