I've just had that same conversation with my sis... she looks terrible.

She seems to have some difficulty in her life, it's etched on her face. She does look ill.
She doesn't look too good. Perhaps she needs protein - there might be something missing from her diet?
She does seem to have an unhealthy pallor. 
I agree ,she looks drastic.
Her face is ghostly pale and she has deep dark lines under her eyes.

Maybe she is missing alot of vitamins and minerals, her diet is very restrictive..

eggs are full of protein though
think she needs to eat other things lol, fat is good for you, just not in big doses all the time. but she seems to have a very warped view of fats/foods in general
