It is Zaph indeed... I have been to see an oestopath this evening... I just pray the term gets worse then better is true...
A good few years ago I had that and tried the chiropractor route and it was sorted.... not had a problem since... it seems one of my faults was forever sitting at my desk with my legs crossed.. stretched the muscles one side more than the other

Ok... well, the problem that worried me was which therapist to use?..physio/chiropracter/osteopth?? saw my doc yesterday for stronger painkillers, mentioned was it ok to visit this lady and he just said yeh, try it... no advice, nothing...so I just hope I'm using the right therapist... she seems to believe she can help, so I'm trusting her.. but if she carries on hurting me....
No pain, no gain they say?...
