We are going coz we cant think of anywhere else to go and we have talked about a trip there for a while coz we can get a bus round the corner.

We'll probably go to the Archaeology Museum and maybe have a boat trip coz it's too hot for wandering about and tbh I am not sure what else there is to do in the middle of Durham. I was looking at the Botanical Gardens but I cant work out where they are to walk to so I dunno

And on that note I better got and get ready coz I am getting evils of BB Bairn and the sooner we go to sooner we get home and play on the paddling pool (which would be my choice but he wants to go out)

the botanics are really nice, we've got season tickets. it's a hike to walk there but one of the park and ride buses will take you there.
and not forgetting the cathedral...the DLI museum some times has stuff for kids on.
