Another day of sunny spells and scattered heavy showers. The showers will merge across Wales and into northwest England during the day to give several hours of rain. Some central and southeastern parts of England are likely to stay dry.

Tonight:
Some showers are likely to continue across parts of Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England. Elsewhere it should be dry with clear periods allowing some mist or fog to form.

Thursday:
Staying unsettled with sunny spells and scattered heavy showers. Most of the showers will be across northern parts with many southern and southeastern parts staying dry. Warm in the sunshine.
