Hiya folks, and Darlo, never mind about that other smiley place as I've found it in the right Thread and wrote it down. Hope all is well with you all, as it aint here, and we have to bring back the computer tonight. Frowner Also as I changed the size of things, the fonts I can hardly see. This site isn't geared for my equipment. Frowner It's been a pain in the neck today so far. -sigh-

Hi guys, christ almighty, what a journey back. :shakeshead: They're Always doing something with our raods, Always! Mad We ended up in a traffic jam, and as I was dying to go, Hub took another route, and THAT was closed as well. Razzer So we took the long way back and we've just stumbled in whacked out! Frowner

I rang that girl at the computer shop this morning, and she told me she couldn't give me the code to unlock it, and we had to come back with the computer and the shop would do it, which was a load of bullshine! I nipped in Halfords to look at their stock of bicycles, as I thought to train for the Olympics. Ashully, looking at the cycles made me feel weaker, so don't think I'll pass the Training board somehow.

Hub went into the computer shop to do the comp. biz, and it was simple as falling off a log...as the manager apologised to him about it being locked, and then he gave hub the code, and that was that! Hub wrote it down too so that I could see it and the funny thing is that it's on the sale's receipt too! -sheesh- Razzer

You should have seen the sky, it got greyer and grey and a funnel was starting, so someone got hit somewhere, poor things, but it didn't rain on us, not that I would have minded as it was a very hot day here. phew.

A pikie van almost rammed us too, they came out of a side road and hub squealed his brakes, and the van just carried on as if they hadn't done anything at all. :shakeshead:

I think it's safer staying indoors as all we get are adventures when we go out. Razzer

Hope your day was better. Nod

Your story about the closed roads apricot reminds me about my blonde moment today. I had a similar experience before trying to get to a course. I only knew one route, and it was closed, I ended up being an hour late.

I have since bought a sat nav in case that happens again. I took it today to get to my course. I was half way there when I realised that if I did get diverted, I wouldn't be able to get there because I didn't actually know the address or postcode or even phone number. Lol!

Luckily the roads were all clear.

I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.
