Yeah, but usually by this time there's a couple of comments since you posted the weather report.

Re: Watch/Stop watching thing. As an experiment - I stopprd watching most threads - and as expected everything pertaining to those threads vanished from my ticker. I then 'switched on' a thread I hadn't been to before and everything, even old stuff, pertaining to that thread appeared in my ticker.
Now I go back to a thread that was sending to my ticker before but that I had 'switched off' but all that I'm getting from it is stuff that's happened since I started Watching it again.

Evening - BTW.

.. like it assumes you already have all the old stuff on a previously watched thread
that's what I reckoned too.

Mind you, I prefer it that way.I don't really want all the old stuff from a thread cluttering up my ticker. If I'm interested in the old stuff I can always read back once I'm in the thread. I don't really need to know that someone posted a smiley in a certain thread....three weeks ago.

Is the New Moon Trailer btw...
Daughter is prodigiously excited about this and I must say all those young men with 6 packs are rather fetching.

Oddly enough we always pictured Aro etc as older men in their 60's - which is daft I guess. And Jane and Alec were always teeny - daughter's size (she's a very, very petite 13).

evening all

how was it di? good time?
we went to a little site near aysgarth, mr.shep was panicing on the way up to it cos the lanes were really narrow and i wasn't sure if we were on the right road. but we got there and it was lovely.
it was basic, no loos, water from a tap that was plumbed straight into a spring in the hillside half a mile further up the dale, site was like the himilayas, took some very creative levelling to set the 'van up. but we loved it, being only one of two caravans on the place. there was a river and some woods for the kids, even a tarzie, they loved it. i fancy a few nights there in october week if the weather's not too bad.
