Hi Di
I dunno what to do today...I have to go along the street and then I will HAVE to watch Please Sir this afternoon.
Might iron name labels on and fun things like that this afternoon.

I have to prepare quote to investigate another, more complex, power shower that fails a bit in the field.
Here is an interesting fact.... the company I am quoting use a number of self-employed engineers to go on callouts to fix these showers.. they get paid per call out... so says the company .. tell us please engineers what faults you are finding? ... Thinks engineers "What .. make the showers better and reduce callouts and hence reduce our earnings.. fat chance"

I was sympathising with Angel's lack of post from the Uni (even though she has passed of course in order to get on to the next stage )

I knew that hehehe.. Seriously, nothing more frustrating than waiting for something important coming through the postal system... I hate the fact we are so dependant on what is now becoming so much more unreliable... the postal service I mean, not to mention people that dont bother sending out what they should send....really gets my goat.. as me lovely Mam often used to say!..

Have spent an hour and a half ironing labels onto school uniform and now I am trying to work out how to sew the sodding badge on the blazer
Afternoon Angel
Best guess is all the way round the edge taking care not to go to far through and sewing the pocket up

Hello.
This week I and 3 others went to Telford to do some work and learn some stuff. I was on driving duties and they gave us a Ford Galaxy MPV, that I actually enjoyed driving:
The hotel room wasn't great. It rained and the noise of the precipitation hitting the metal window sills kept me awake from 3.10am the first night. But the food in the hotel was lovely.

It was good. Trouble was that I was actually too tired to do much work and learn a great deal. It was an experience, though.
