Sorry I haven't popped in that much I have been distracted Big Grin

I have been industrious this morning. .I decided to make some home made humous. .soaked and boiled my chickpeas in readiness. . it was only after I had cooked them I suddenly remembered I don't have a food processor or hand blender or anything like that so I had to mush everything together by hand Mad

plus my hand slipped when popping in some tahini and too much went in and now I have something that is a bit more like peanut (sesame flavoured) butter than Humous Red Face

No Lakes I think...we agreed my daughter could decide and that's where she said, have to book early to find something with Lake access.

She did say Orkney wasnt as bad as she thought it would be (which surprised me the ways she carried on) and said she wants to go back when we go back in a couple of years (so I can do all the islands, will def be going back).
