too much fat in a meal always gives me problems Olly as, in reality, I consume very little... goose fat would cause me grief too

twas only a teeny bit to coat the tats tho Zaph.. I slow cooked the leg of lamb so all the fat came out of that..

and the potatoes were parted cooked anyway. .was a ASda special meal thingy.. I think I went beyond the SBD but as they had been frozen and thawed I wasn't sure how long they could keep in the fridge.. Not as long as I thought they could be obviously

am off to lie down again.. am still very wibbly. .
