she's bearing up well ta, my calf muscle went ping again last night so we're both hobbling about. we're meant to be going to bridlington with my mum tomorrow, there's be her on her mob scooter, sprog on crutches and me gipping along behind Laugh commonsense says call it off but mum and sprog are really looking forward to it. gah!

twas only a teeny bit to coat the tats tho Zaph.. I slow cooked the leg of lamb so all the fat came out of that..

and the potatoes were parted cooked anyway. .was a ASda special meal thingy.. I think I went beyond the SBD but as they had been frozen and thawed I wasn't sure how long they could keep in the fridge.. Not as long as I thought they could be obviously Laugh

am off to lie down again.. am still very wibbly. .Disappointed
