I always feel dizzy Shep so cant; tell if I am more or less dizzy than usual today.. .think I just have one of those headachey/migrainey horrid bleugh days that I get occasionally.. got plenty of paracetamol but it's only dulling it not hitting the spot properly. .
am going back to snooze a bit more..

hello guys we've just been to otterburn show, falconry and dog agility and all that stuff. we watched the red arrows from the hill tops, i forgot my camera though didn't? 
i would've got some amazing pictures of them flying below us with northumberland as a back drop.
