that's the shopping done. i've got a picnic to make up for this evening. i need to do things that can be got out and eaten one handed whilst holding an umbrella. veggie sausage rolls might fit the bill.

hi guys

is it wii fitting you do angel? i did it 3 times after christmas and i've never looked at it since. i should get motivated but i can't be bothered

i hope it dries up too zaph, it's yucky 'orrible mizzle at the moment.

i don't vote darlo but i'd be gutted to see either of them go, i want them both to be there in the last week.

I have wii active personal trainer. I cant afford to join a gym and havent got time and lately the weather has just been wrong for running (too hot mostly). I find it much better than wii fit.

is it a bit more full on? i want to do something where i can see the carories burning off as i go.

in fact what i need is a hobnail booted personal trainer to come and bray on my door evey morning to kick my ass into doing something intensive and energetic.

It is. And it does count the calories (tho I dont understand that)

It comes with a strap that you put the nunchuck in when you are doing the lower body stuff...running and squats and stuff. And there is a big elastic band that you do upper body with. Theres lots of reps and it isnt the same every day. And the man trainer sounds like Christian Slater.


You can use it with or without the board as well.

hmm...i might see what it's going for on amazon. i've just had a game of wii tennis and got tennis elbow
