And after about 3 hours of it....quiet.

Have to say it would drive me nuts if I couldn't get to sleep because of other people.  I think you have to have a cut-off time limit, say after 1am that's it no talking or messing around. If you want to do that, go outside the bedroom and think of your fellow HM's.

I would have more sympathy for them if it was a real bedroom. But it's not, it's a TV set on an entertainment show. If you want to sleep don't go on BB.

Whether it is on a tv show or not, it is still a bedroom which is supposed to be a place for sleeping.  I would've thought it should be more a question of if you want fo mess around and make a noise, then you go elsewhere.  It is called having respect and thought for your fellow HM's.

I think there is very little chance of respect or thought being shown to other HMs. They are all in it for themselves.

if they all go to bed early we have FMs moaning that its boring, I would rather see them up sand talking rather than sleeping, be it in the bedroom or the snug.

I have 24 hour LF so I don't care where they chat.If it's in the bedroom and it annoys enough to set them off that's a bonus

TV set or not there are designated areas for designated functions,the bedroom is for sleeping there are plenty of other areas that they can horse around or chat in...It is disrespectful and selfish, Ben bearing the brunt of their antics most nights.So much for team spirit,some harp on about food but our bodies can deal with less food much better than they can with sleep deprivation.

Oh yeah Lee...up until a month ago I had my 2 year old twins with me and I used to have to get up at 5am looking like this 
They have their own room now and can chatter away in their cots until I'm ready to greet them looking like this 

The JJ and Josie non- affaire is tedious and I wish the pair of them would shut up as well, but everyone in that house went into BB with the full knowledge of what to expect and bedroom gossiping and shenanigans has always been part of that. Last year all the HMs were safely tucked up early and FMs on here were complaining that there was nothing to watch when LF started.
Maybe it's the storyline that is grating nerves and the people involved in it, rather than the fact other HMs are complaining about the noise...because quite frankly, who cares?

There is nothing to stop the HMs staying up and making lots of noise - just not in the bedroom, when others are trying to sleep.

Hi there Yogi....If they make a racket anywhere in the house those in the bedroom will be able to hear it anyway. If HMs wanted to sleep, they would have brought in earplugs...or asked BB for some to drown out Steve's volcanic snoring as well.
I still maintain that they knew what to expect when they went in there...and if people are being annoying then they should make a song and dance about it and not whinge endlessly.

Who's selfish actions are having a detrimental affect on other HM's....You know the same HM who harps on about team spirit and the importance of it but has no problem being selfish night after night in this situation.

Some people take this sleeping lark way too serious
