I've not seen it yet (and I do like Pixar films) but I get the impression that it's not up there with the best Pixar movies. Will not stop me watching it though.
Helen Mirren looks fantastic, I hope I can get away with pink hair when I'm her age! I saw Dame Helen on Graham Norton's show last weekend, when Little Mix were on as well - Perrie from the band had pink hair and she seemed very taken with the look!
I hope Searching For Sugar Man wins the documentary award, it's a magical film.
Yay for Anne Hathaway's win! She looks lovely too.

"Brave" went through a very troubled production, and TBH it shows, IMO. The animation is wonderful, but the storyline has some serious gaps. It's definitely not "top-drawer" Pixar.
Personally, I think "Paranorman" was the most imaginative and innovative animated film last year, but it doesn't stand a chance at the awards...

I saw her on Graham Norton and she would have been better going for the Mystic Heather hair colour.
I agree about Ann Hathaway ..stunning.
Poor Eddie Redmayne .......backstage throwing up.

Paranorman, another one for my list. So many films and not enough time. I was unaware of any troubles in production, but the subject matter is not that inspiring for me. I do have Brave on my digibox and only need to press play instead of watching these awards!
Poor Eddie Redmayne .......backstage throwing up.
I have no idea who he is, so looked his image up on Google. Still not got the foggiest who he is!
Paloma Faith looks like she always does.
Yay for Juno Temple, she's fantastic in Killer Joe.

It`s maybe not up there with the best EC but the beautiful story carries it.

The original director, Brenda Chapman, "resigned", and was replaced by Mark Andrews. There have been suggestions that the original plan was for "Brave" to be much darker, but "the powers-that-be" disapproved and Andrews was "more willing to compromise". However others think that the script was in a bad way from the start and Andrews made a fairly good job of salvaging it...
Bloody hell! Sally Fields looks fantastic too!
That reminds me. There is a cheap copy of Marley in the sale at my local HMV. I must pop in a buy it.

Isn't it weird to see Samuel L Jackson without a hat on?
I love Kevin Spacey.
Paloma Faith looks like she always does.
Croissants anyone?

She's a bit of a mad one, but I kinda like her.
And yes a hot one please.
I love Kevin Spacey.
Me too Soozy.
Well done THOMAS NEWMAN !!!!!
Well done THOMAS NEWMAN !!!!!
Yep.
I dont think Helen Mirren looks that bad there, infact i think she looks good... alot younger than last time i saw her
I think she looks fabulous.
I don't like the torn look of this dress
I'm rather surprised at her wearing this, as Jennifer Lawrence recently had a much-publicized "wardrobe mualfunction" in a very similar dress...
That's what I thought when I saw it - I thought it happened again. Looks ridiculous.
Sarah Jessica Parker walked on to present an award and looked like she'd popped in on the way home from Sainsbury's - I think I was even more poshed up than her and I'd been to town, come back and cooked dinner for eight
