  Right well: 

1.  I have the message altert symbol on my screen telling me I have two messages. I have been through every folder I can think of - SMS, email, etc., and I can't find any unread messages.  I have taken the battery out, but it's still there!  Are there any hidden folders that I don't know about?

2.  This is the really stupid question!  I can't find a way to log out of Facebook on my Blackbery - I have looked and looked

(she also said have you tried turning it off & on again, & Blackberries are notoriously temperamental & break easily)

Answer to 1st question.....scroll up to where the picture of the message is and click..read and delete from there ..it is prob from blackberry...

Scatts, go into Facebook, click on the Facebook drop down menu on the left hand side then select Options at the bottom. From there you get the option to log out

I was being a bit tactless...... but didn't want to delete completely in case anyone had already read it, cos they would thought it a bit odd!
