Yes, it tastes gorgeous, but it does have to be clean fat.

Plus, it's the healthy option!

Eggs are great but the one downside is that I can never have them without bread

Egg and bread goes hand in hand **is remined I need to add egg in a cup to the list of options**

Marmite soldiers with dippy egg...ahhhh I always have that if I'm not well My other half got me a soldier egg cup with spoon (the soldier is holding the spoon) AND it came with this thing to cut your toast in to soldier shapes!!

Soft boiled (ex large egg.. three minutes 40 seconds after brought to the boil)... white bread soldiers with butter.

*drool*

Or when I feel i need to retreat to childhood, scooped out and mashed with butter, occasionall with chopped tomato in it.

No marmite..

That is very precise timing on the egg there, Kaffy!! Is scooped out and mashed with butter the same as egg in a cup?

I know.. i have it timed to perfection.    I did get a Lakeland thingy that you put in the pot, but it's not precise enough for me - I always buy the same size eggs and time it with my mobile   (and Gyps thinks SHE'S ocd?)

Yes 'egg in cup' - i thought it was just my family called it that, didn't realise it was the proper chef's name for it...

Awwwwwwww, I would be gutted if I was allergic to eggs So, there must be LOADS of stuff you can't eat?

I have to be careful what I eat when I'm out and can never ever buy a sandwich if I'm peckish because of the UKs obsession of slavvering everything with mayonnaise
