The politics are amazing! It's an ideal programme for anyone studying Popular culture. One doesn't have to be interested in pub singers to get something out of it.
I want nothing to do with Simon Cowell and friends
You are not alone Rawky
. I have never watched it.... except in the final last year to see what everyone was on about. However, I am sort of addicted to SCD now

I've stopped watching it.
When people have posted on this forum about certain contestants I have sometimes checked them out on YouTube or the X Factor website, but I don`t watch the programme.
It is too contrived and an insult to viewers intelligence I think. Too many artificial set-ups.
And this year, from what I have seen in clips it is a very poor standard.
Terrible singing and shouting from the back of a strangulated throat.

I prefer the early rounds with all the nutters.
But this year the supposed stars have been the nutters, Whitney was off her tree.

There ya go Leccy..... you didn't kill the thread after all

Isn't it? I found a better thread killer pic but it was a bit serial killer

I half-watch it. I've got one eye on that and the other eye on something else.
