I have to admit that I tend to watch a lot of "unboxing" videos along with documentaries from many, many years ago about the local area, the odd music video and tech videos featuring people who have multimonitor setups (especially when they have three or more monitors).
When did the fascination with ships start?
Have you seen anything to do with 'Dazzle Ships'? Very interesting and the also the title of an Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark album (they did come from Liverpool, so that would fit).

i feel I should be into ships, its in the blood apparently, but when the 3 Queens where in the river Mersey recently, I just couldn't bring myself to do the 15 min walk to see them until I heard the red arrows where visiting too 
you are probably right Barney, my knowledge of the Liverpool area is terrible to say the least.
