Chunks anyone can have contacts. Whether you're a glasses wearer or not, it is recommended that you start by wearing them (the contacts) for short periods at a time, with a rest period. This is to let your eyes get used to the contacts as at first it might feel like you've got 'something in your eye'. Gradually you will increase the time the contacts are in and decrease the 'rest' periods. Eventually you'll be able to wear them all day. but it is recommended that you do not sleep with them in.
