There's only so much you can talk about in the house really once you have talked about your life in the past. He talks alot with Noirin so it's natural he would then talk about this with Freddie and Siavash who are hoping they have got her away from Lisa's group. Also the whole 'bunny' incident which involved her was part of the conversation and was something which obviously still preoccupies Siavash.

Please don't assume that I don't like Marcus. I actually think he talks a lot of sense but if Noirin doesn't make herself clear, and mean it, then he is going to carry on in this creepy manner,and yes, it is creepy.
