It was an exciting time.

I have looked back a few times at the first day threads/ posts etc when we all came over here it was lovely to read the posts, we were all so pleased to see each other when one by one we all made it here what lovely atmosphere I loved it

What a week that was One minute we was UP the next minute we was DOWN. I joined so many new forums, none of 'em seemed to quite fit. Some of them you seemed to be so alone they echoed as you walked about. And then like the morning star there was Bov and this place. They didn't know what to make of us though did they There we were squatting in their techie help space, you gotta laugh

I think some FMs were worried that they would never be able to post to each other again and to some it was a big deal especially those of us who posted regularly and regarded some FMs as 'friends'. Some peeps may even have relied on that forum as a lifeline. I thought it was disgusting the way C4 pulled the rug from under our feet

I remember being relieved that we'd found a home and will be forever grateful to Bov and Gaga

i wasnt around back that far but i remember when CH4 shut down are forum but this is my home now and if CH4 opens there forum again next year i shall not be using it it feels more like a family on this forum .

Not only do I want a list, I wanna be on top

It was like having to abandon a sinking ship.
Then being rescued by lifeboat (Bovrilking & GaGaJoyJoy). As each forumer was picked up by those already here it became more and more secure and safe and warm and friendlier.
Maybe my sense of drama runs away with me.
But I agree it was a nice feeling - and remains so.
