I have had occasions when the usual icons have not appeared in the reply box.

I will keep this in mind.

I've also copied my post in the Tips and Tricks section so it doesn't get lost.

I just refresh the page. the posting problem is caused because the page hasn't loaded properly.

so do I...just hit f5 and reply...in fact it happened to me just now.

Yeah I just refresh too, sounds much simpler

I don`t know how to change the time on gaga or livecloud.

"to change the time setting, from Manage at the top of the page, select Your Personal Settings. Then on Time Zones (towards the bottom of the page) select GMT +1 (the C EST one). Then click on Update Settings at the bottom of the page."

Scotty,hover over MANAGE at the top of the page then click on YOUR PERSONAL SETTINGS.

About  3/4 of the way down the page is 'TIME ZONE'

If you click on the little down arrow at the right of this panel a new panel will open showing lots of time zones. You want to choose GMT+1

click the 'CHANGE SETTINGS' button (you may need to scroll further down the page for this) and that should be you sorted.

To change it on Live Cloud go to the LC home page and follow the same proceedure.

Seattle think they have sorted out the reply problem and have released a fix for this. So let's hope this is sorted.

Well....before I got this occasionally....now I'm getting it nigh on every time I try to reply...

It has been a regular problem for me since I can't remember when. To the extent that it hardly bothers me as I can easily spot when I'm going to be unable to post and therefore just refresh right away. I shall pay close attention now to see if it no longer occurs.

My smilies (Gremlins) have disapeared......why?....(*Sad face smilie*)

I posted too soon, the bug where the icons don't appear is still happening, so I've reported this back to Social Strata.

I have come to the conclusion that the reply bug is caused by a conflict between Firefox and the antivirus s/w I use (Bullguard) which has a Safe Browsing Toolbar as an extension. I have seen comments that this toolbar caused Firefox to hang when on Google and other sites. So I doubt whether Seattle can do anything to overcome this, so I will just put up with it.

Oops! I've been forgetting to keep an eye on the posting thing. I don't THINK I've had any problem recently, but can't be 100% sure.
