Since most HMs lie through their teeth and exaggerate in their VT, why do these numpties assume that Dexter's VT is the real Dexter?

Pardon my ignorance, as I've just turned on to LF. Is the VT that the HMs were watching, the one we saw prior to Dexter entering the house? If so, I can't see it having much impact on voting as the viewers have already seen it.

There is that Yogi And I guess a lot of the viewers may have already seen his VT . Plus , the HM were already shunning him, and with 10 votes I guess it can't get much worse
