I seriously disagree. He's had so much shite thrown at him up to now and put up with it with good grace inasmuch as he could. The anti-Callum theme has been driven mostly by FMs as far as I can see. Callum certainly has been shown to have more issues with Dexter than I've seen vice versa.

And Gina is a spoilt little madam, if we believe her own version of her life but they are both still the only interesting ones in there. I don't think Dexter is going to win, as the house gets smaller his voice will get louder and he'll p*ss off more and more people but if it could be a Dexter Gina final two I'd be happy with that
