Hallo all you lovely people. Thank you very much for your posts, I love them all. I've only just got in after a day with my family. We've got a tradition in our family that if the birthday falls on any weekend day (including Friday ), the celebration carries on all weekend, so I've got a few friends coming over tomorrow with party food and Sunday I'm just going to switch off with a bottle of wine.

I've had some lovely presents, but, tbh, the best was that I've finally been accepted on a lung rehab course and have started exercises to build up my muscles so I need less oxygen. It takes it out on you, but I felt great after an hour of doing different things yesterday and was naturally tired for the first time in months. So, come on another year. I'm going to do a poolshark and tell you I love you all. Thank you very much.

Sounds fab ....................hope you enjoy your birthday weekend  Really hoping the lung rehab goes well!

Just one quick PS. When my daughter came over this morning to do a wee bit of housework before we went back to her house, she came with a huge bunch of flowers. Once she put them in a vase, we realised the only safe place was on top of the fridge-freezer where I can't really see them unless I go into the kitchen and crank my neck. It is the only safe place away from the 'kittens out of hell' though.
