sorry was just logging off when i saw your reply ...

but worrying about it will make you more anxious and more restless, if you really dont feel you can go and chat with your doctor, is there anyone else that knows you who you can speak to?

you have made a big step by telling people here how you are feeling

Well only had one so far so its just getting to know the counsellor, usually they go through experiments to help you tackle anxiety. When I was younger we went through it and they helped me... at times it did help, I improved alot with them. Now im alot older though im on the adult programme, must be good... they have alot of power and facillities to help. I remember I used to worry alot about presentations I had to do in front of classes of 30 people... I was only in school at the time and they got a letter from the surgery bollocking the school for making me do it It put them in their place then.

Chicken, I don't know about your personal situation but it wouldn't hurt to get yourself to the docs. The time of year and the weather may be contributing to your stress levels. Many people, including me, are feeling a bit trapped, restless and down at the moment, so if you're already suffering from anxiety, stress or depression it's bound to add to this. I know it's easier said than done but try not to over analyse things. You're much better off talking to someone professional than going over things in your own head. Like the others have said, you could end up making things much worse for yourself.
