Okay, so it's alright to oppose a third runway at Heathrow whilst in opposition, (as Labour did many many times) But then whilst in power to go forward with it...despite the several hundred homes having to be demolished to accomodate it, plus a major motorway being inconvenienced whilst they dig a tunnel underneath it...then there's the pollution of carbon emissions & noise...
It's crazy that over the years I've been alive, that many Air force fields have been allowed to go to waste that could have been used to expand our infrastructure all over the country...feck London!

Hopefully it'll never happen Velvet...it's been about 30yrs now since they've been discussing it 
And if it does, what's the betting at some point it will grind to a halt...during planning or construction.
