Major change in postage stamps

The ordinary stamps and the Christmas stamps will now have an added barcode (and the colour has changed from the existing stamps.

The existing stamps can continue to be used until 31 January 2023,
It will be possible to swap the old stamps for new ones from this 31 March.

Probably to stop a stamp from being re-used if it should have missed getting a franking mark.
