I see in that news item you posted El, one person, a plumber, said he couldn’t contact customers or use his sat nav. The later is easy enough to put right, get an A to Z

It’s what people used to use before sat navs

Yes , I am on o2 ....it’s been a pain if I needed to use 4g  Luckily it seems back now ....but I had to reboot my phone It’s been fine for most of my contacts who use Apple WiFi ....but there are a few who don’t

Mobile operator O2 has said it will compensate its customers following a day of disruption to its data networks.

Customers with a monthly subscription will be refunded the cost of two days' service by the end of January.

Pay As You Go customers will get 10% extra when they top up their phone in the new year or 10% off when they buy data for mobile broadband devices.
